Your offish profile is the form. When an employer uses offish, you apply with one click and they receive everything, laid out the way they need it.
Chasing documents from old employers.

- Government identifiers such as TIN and SSS are optional. If you add them, offish stores only a one-way fingerprint, never the number itself, and uses it to stop duplicate profiles.
- Documents you upload yourself, such as certificates and your résumé.

Your records build themselves.
When an offish employer hires you, your profile is tagged to their organization. From then on, your contract, payslips, leave records and statutory forms are filed to your profile automatically. You see the same record HR sees.
Evaluations and feedback belong to the employer. Some choose to share them with you when you leave, and the profile tells you clearly which ones did.
You leave with everything the law says is yours.
On your last day the organization is disconnected from your profile and your records from that employment are sealed. Sealed means neither you nor the employer can change them, and you can download them whenever you want. Your certificate of employment, final pay statement, BIR 2316, payslips, compensation history and signed documents are always included.
Nobody browses your profile.
offish does not have a candidate search. An employer sees your profile only when you apply to them, or while you are employed by them. We do not sell or rent profile data, and we do not show advertising. You can export your profile and request deletion from your settings at any time, subject to the records an employer must keep by law.

Is it really free?
Yes. Individual accounts are free for life. Organizations pay for the hiring and HR tools.
Who can sign up?
Anyone 18 or older. We ask for your date of birth to confirm this.
Can I use it if my employer does not use offish?
Yes. Your profile, your documents and the PDF export work on their own. Employer-filed records appear only when you work for an offish employer.
What happens to my data if I close my account?
Your profile is deleted. Records an employer is legally required to keep stay in their system for the retention period required by Philippine law, and we tell you which ones.
Can I have two profiles?
No. One person, one profile. If you try to register twice we warn you and help you recover the first one.
